Please read these terms before booking a cab with us.
1. Bookings
A booking is confirmed once you receive a booking number by SMS, WhatsApp or email. The fare shown at booking is valid for the trip details you entered – changes to route, dates or car type may change the fare.
2. Fare and charges
- Fares include fuel, driver allowance and GST unless stated otherwise.
- Toll, state tax, parking and airport entry are paid as actuals unless shown as included.
- Extra kilometres and hours are charged at the rates shown for your car.
- A night charge applies for driving between 10 PM and 6 AM.
3. Passenger responsibilities
Passengers must not carry illegal or hazardous goods, smoke or consume alcohol in the car, or ask the driver to break traffic rules. The driver may end the trip if passenger behaviour puts safety at risk.
4. Delays and breakdowns
We do our best to be on time. In case of a breakdown we arrange a replacement car as fast as possible. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or events beyond our control.
5. Luggage
Luggage is carried at the passenger's own risk. Please check the car before leaving it.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
